Elex Michaelson is an American journalist who currently co-anchors FOX 11 News with Christine Devine on weeknights at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 10 p.m. Michaelson alongside Marla Tellez co-hosts the “FOX 11 Special Report” on weeknights at 7 p.m. In addition, he hosts and produces The Issue Is, a political talk show that airs on stations all around California.
Elex is a native of Agoura Hills, and his first position in broadcasting was as an intern for FOX 11. He’s a self-described “political addict” who’s interviewed practically every major political person, including Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Gavin Newsom, Al Gore, and others.
