Nicole Briscoe is a renowned American sportscaster who presently works at ESPN. Previously, she majored in covering auto racing for the network, which comprised stints as the host of NASCAR Countdown and NASCAR Now. In 2015, she became a SportsCenter anchor. Additionally, Nicole is blissfully married to Ryan Briscoe, IndyCar Series driver. Moreover, in 1998, Nicole was crowned the Miss Illinois Teen USA and in August of the same year, she competed in the Miss Teen USA pageant in Shreveport, Louisiana.

She was also a semi-finalist in the pageant, finishing third (of 10) in the evening gown competition, seventh in a swimsuit, and tenth in an interview, putting in eighth on average. Two years later, after passing on her title, in 2001, she competed in the Illinois USA pageant and finished first runner-up to Rebecca Ambrosi.

She then headed to WANE-TV in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she worked as a general assignment reporter before moving to WISH-TV in Indianapolis, Indiana in April of 2004.

During her tenure at WISH-TV, Nicole covered the United States Grand Prix, the Indianapolis 500, the NBA’s Indiana Pacers, and the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts. She took over for Connie LeGrand and hosted the show from July 1, 2006, through January 27, 2008, when she left to become the new host of ESPN2’s daily news show NASCAR Now. From 2008 to 2014, Nicole co-hosted the NASCAR pre-race on ESPN/ABC. She has been a SportsCenter anchor since 2015.
