Previously, she worked at ABC 10 News in San Diego as a weather anchor and reporter for more than two years. Demartino is an award-winning broadcast journalist, weather anchor, and storm tracker. She has served as a field reporter to support her team. In 2015 she worked as a reporter at KPHO-TV in Phoenix, Arizona. After serving for two years, she received her first Emmy in 2017.
In addition, working as a meteorologist she has seen the power and destruction of mother nature. She has covered the ravaging wildfires, devastating floods, 100 car pile-ups in the fog, and the ice storms and rare snow on the Las Vegas Strip.
