Chuck Ringwalt is an accomplished American Emmy-award-winning journalist currently serving as an anchor and reporter for Your Morning on Spectrum News 1 in Ohio. Since joining the station in 2018, Ringwalt has traveled the Buckeye State telling the stories of Ohioans. Ringwalt’s career as a reporter enabled him to have a strong interest in the sources of our food and the people who cultivate it.
He has been dedicated to bringing attention to the issues encountered by farmers, in addition to anchoring the weekly feature “Ag Report,” which digs into agricultural topics. Ringwalt formerly worked as a multimedia journalist and anchor at WLTX in Columbia, South Carolina. He covered the effects of the Mother Emanuel AME Church shooting in Charleston in 2015. After a short while, he reported on the removal of the Confederate flag from the grounds of the South Carolina State House. Chuck traveled across South Carolina during the time, recording the tremendous devastation wrought by a historic thousand-year flood. He as well covered Rev.
