David Begnaud is an American journalist and news correspondent. Currently he works for CBS News, as the Lead National Correspondent for CBS Mornings based in New York City. David’s reporting has been featured across CBS News broadcasts and platforms including CBS This Morning, the CBS Evening News, 48 Hours, CBS Sunday Morning, as well as CBS News Streaming, CBS News’ 24/7 streaming news service.
Before joining CBS, Begnaud covered extensively on national breaking news from weather to crime for several news organizations.
