Julia Moffitt is a popular American journalist currently working as an anchor at WTHR in Indianapolis, Indiana since joining in 1999. Prior to joining WTHR, Julia served at WANE-TV15 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she served as an anchor of the number 1 rated Noon and 5 p.m. weekday newscasts.
Prior to joining WANE, Moffitt also worked at WENY-TV36, the ABC affiliate in Elmira, New York where she served as a 6 and 11 p.m. weeknight anchor. Additionally, she has helped wake up central Indiana for the last nine years, becoming part of the Sunrise team Monday through Friday five years ago.
What’s more, she attended Indiana State University, a public university in Terre Haute, Indiana, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
