She has been awarded six Emmy Awards from the Television Academy, as well as an Excellence in Journalism Award from the Alliance of Women Media. Burch is currently working at KTLA 5 News, a CW-affiliate television station in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining KTLA 5, She worked at KCAL-TV and E! Entertainment News as a news reporter. Apart from that, she was also a member of KABC-TV’s Eyewitness News team from 2003 to 2008.
