Casey Lahecka is an American news anchor and meteorologist who worked for the WAVY-TV 10 News. However, she did her final forecast on WAVY-TV 10 on November 4, 2021. She hosted every weekday at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Lahecka attended North Allegheny High School from 2009 to 2013. She later joined Penn State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in metrology. In addition, she started her broadcast meteorologist at WJAC, an NBC affiliate in Johnstown Pennsylvania.
Casey covered the weekend mornings and weekdays on the WAVY News 10 at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. She previously worked at WJAC as a weekend Meteorologist and a fill anchor. Moreover, she had a feature segment called ‘What the Lahecka’ Moreover, she did the forecasts, produces, and writes web stories and broadcasts. She was also a weatherman intern who forecasted for Central PA together with the Chief Meteorologist. In the absence of the chief meteorologist, she updated daily graphics and produced new graphics.
