Dave Chudowsky is an American news anchor presently working at WKYC studios in Cleveland, Ohio on the morning show. Moreover, he works alongside Maureen Kyle and Hollie Strano. He joined the station in 2007. Chudowsky graduated from Bay High School in Bay Village. Later on, he attended the University of Toledo where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in broadcast journalism. Most notably, he has been working in the broadcasting industry for 23 years.
Dave started his career at WTVG 13ABC in Toledo, Ohio as a sports anchor, reporter, and photographer. His main role was assisting the sports director in organizing and running the department. Also, he was able to multi-task on a daily basis and produced High School Football show.
Later on, Chudowsky moved to work at the Ohio News Network as a Sports Anchor and reporter. He was the host of Ohio State Buckeyes Post Game Live and a sideline reporter for OSHAA State Football championship games. In addition, he spent time working at Sportstime Ohio covering the Indian’s pre and post-game shows, Browns programming, and the state high school football championships.
Furthermore, Chudowsky has great memories of covering the biggest games and events in our history including the Buckeye’s national championship in 2003 and the 2016 year in Cleveland that included the Cavalier’s NBA championship and Indians’ world series appearance.
Currently, Chudowsky is working at WKYC-TV in Cleveland, Ohio Area. His main role is to write, produce, and anchor daily sportscasts in the studio. He is a sideline reporter for Cleveland Brown’s preseason telecasts. Additionally, he is a daily beat reporter for a local sports team and an excellent interviewer in one on one setting.
