Hetty Chang is an American Emmy Award-winning reporter for NBC4. She covers topics all around the Southland, with a focus on Orange County, Long Beach, and the South Bay. On weekdays, she may be seen on NBC4 during the newscasts at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 7 p.m., and 11 p.m. Chang began working at the station in 2013.
