Joe Fonzi is an American news personality working as a sports anchor and reporter for KTVU-TV in Oakland, California, United States. Additionally, he also files reports from the locker room for, The Point After, a post-game show. Previously, Fonzi worked as a sporter sportscaster and a reporter for KHSL, KXTV, and KSBW, and then went to KPIX from 1982 to 1994.
Furthermore, Joe attended California State University and later graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. What’s more, he hosts the 49ersTotal Access, KTVU’s pre-game programs, and appears on the 49er Playbook. He has been honored and recognized by the San Francisco Press Club and has won several UPI awards, two NorCal RTNDA awards, and two Emmy Awards.
