Lauren Freeman is an American anchor and reporter currently working as an anchor at KPRC-TV. She joined the station in 2006. She serves as the station’s 5 a.m. and 11 a.m. presenter on weekdays. Additionally, she is the co-owner and co-founder of ‘Health Fitness Revolution.
Lauren studied and graduated from Baylor University and Waco with a degree in BA, Communications Specialist. Her career started in Texas at KXXV channels as an editor while still studying in Waco. She then later left the station to join KWTX and serve as a reporter. She worked in the station for while but later left and joined KCEN still based in Waco. While at KCEN, her main role was to present the morning program.
Moreover, later Freeman relocated from Houston to Jacksonville, Florida, and secured a job at WJXT-TV Channel 4 News serving as a reporter and fill-in anchor. She then moved to WFTC-TV in Minneapolis working as an anchor and reporter. Later, she worked there for a while but in 2006, Lauren left the station to join KPRC2 as an anchor presenting the 5 pm news every weekday. She then went back to Texas and settled into her career working as a presenter on weekdays at 5 a.m. and 11 a.m. at KPRC-TV together with Jacob Rascon.
