Madeleine Hagen is an American multi-skilled journalist who presently works as an anchor and reporter for KAPP-KVEW ABC Affiliate News in Kennewick, Washington. She arrived at the station in September 2020. She has over ten years of journalism experience, dating back to her freshman year of high school. In 2009, Hagen began reporting and anchoring for WCTV 19, her high school’s television station.
Madeleine attended the University of Nevada, Reno as a Journalism Major in Reynold’s School of Journalism after graduating from Whitney High School. In addition, she minored in political science. Hagen interned with NBCLA’s award-winning iTeam for over three months in the summer of 2016. Dart spent the summer investigating the shady Hollywood celebrity home tour industry. Hagen interned at KOLO 8 News in Reno later that year, where she shadowed anchors and reporters.
Moreover, in December 2016, Hagen graduated a semester early. She began working as an ‘MSJ’ at KIII 3 News in Corpus Christi in February 2017.
