Maurielle Lue is an American journalist who is currently working as a morning news anchor at Fox 2 Detroit. She is also the host of the station’s popular show ‘The Nine’ as well as ‘Let it Rip-Weekend’. After Lue was all done with her education, she began her career serving at the WVVA NBC affiliate in West Virginia as a reporter. She also anchored, produced, and reported her own newscast during the weekends. After a few years of service at the station, she left in 2008.
Lue then joined WEWS-TV ABC affiliated station in Cleveland. Here she was a lead reporter for the “Cleveland Strangler” story. Furthermore, she was a General Assignment Reporter at the station for three years. Lue then joined WJBK in 2011 working here for 5 years. Currently, she is working as a morning news anchor at Fox 2 Detroit.
