Morgan Chesky is an American journalist currently working for NBC News in Dallas, Texas. He joined the TV station in December 2018 and works as a news correspondent. Prior to joining NBC News, Chesky worked as a news anchor at KOMO 4 TV for two years, an ABC affiliate station, as a weekday evening anchor from February 2016 to November 2018.
What’s more, Morgan attended Kerrville Tivy High School. He was later enrolled at Sam Houston State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and a major in Mass Communications.
While at KOMO, he was a Weekday Evening Anchor until November 2018. Morgan anchored the TV station news from the live desk where he broke stories worldwide at 4, 5, and 6 P.M. Additionally, before joining KOMO 4 TV, he worked at KOCO News in Oklahoma City.
Chesky joined the station in January 2013 anchoring 5, 6, and 10 p.m weekend news. While there, he covered breaking news including the Hill Country flash floods. He also covered the Caddo County prison break and 1-35 shooting.
