Riley O’Connor is an American meteorologist presently serving as an on-air meteorologist at WCCO, CBS News in St. Paul, Minnesota. You can catch his forecasts This Morning on WCCO from 4:30 to 7 a.m. and WWCO Mid Morning from 9 to 10 a.m. O’Connor arrived at WCCO station in November 2019.
Riley previously served as a morning meteorologist at KCCI in Des Moines. before that, he served for three years as a meteorologist in Portland, Oregon. Also, before Portland, O’Connor was in Sioux City where he worked for three years.
A native of Evansville, Indiana, Riley obtained an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and a meteorology degree from Mississippi State University. O’Connor is blessed with twin children and during his spare time, he likes cooking, working out, and being outdoors.
“I love to plan dinner parties. Traveling is something that I love to do and on vacations, you will find me finding warm weather and a beach. I am a big foodie and my favorite food is pizza,” O’Connor said.
