Shiri Spear is an American Meteorologist who is currently working as a broadcast meteorologist at FOX 25 News in Boston. She joined FOX 25 News in November 2012 as the station’s morning news meteorologist. Spear attended McGill University. Later on, she attended River College where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. She then did her master’s degree in Atmospheric and Environmental Research in 2012.
After graduating, Spear began her career in a modest fashion and was a summer waitress at the local Dunkin Donuts. Later on, she was offered a position at WWPL-TV22 News as its environmental reporter. She did not turn down the offer and actually worked for the station for three years before leaving. Spear then joined WTVJ and later FOX 25 News.
