Caitrin Assaf is a popular American journalist who currently works as a general assignment reporter at KARK 4 News in Little Rock, Arkansas. She joined the network in September 2020. Previously, she worked for the CBS affiliate, KREX in Grand Junction, Colorado as an anchor, reporter, and producer.
During her tenure on the Western Slope, Assaf covered everything from congressional races to wildfires and was the anchor and producer of the morning, noon, and evening broadcasts. Regarding her schooling, Caitrin graduated from Boston College and is presently pursuing her master’s degree in government and political communications through Johns Hopkins Advanced Academic Programs.
In addition, as an Eagle, Assaf was a member of the nation’s oldest collegiate improv troupe and was an intern at WCVB, Boston’s ABC affiliate. A native of Boca Raton, Florida, Assaf is delighted to return to the south covering the Natural State.
