Sade Baderinwa is an American broadcast journalist. Currently she serves as an anchor of WABC-TV’s top-rated Eyewitness News at 5:00 and 11:00 with Bill Ritter. Sade joined the Eyewitness News team in 2003 as a reporter and anchor of Eyewitness News at Noon.
Before joining WABC-TV Sade worked at Baltimore’s WBAL-TV, where she anchored the morning and noon newscasts and hosted a weekly community affairs show. She started her career as a production assistant for ABC News’ various programs. These programs includes This Week With David Brinkley, Nightline, World News Tonight, and News One. Sade eventually become a reporter trainee at WUSA-TV, the CBS affiliate in Washington, D.C., before becoming a reporter at WSLS-TV, the NBC affiliate in Roanoke, Virginia.
