Carole Meekins is an American Emmy award-winning anchor and reporter currently working for WTMJ in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, and has worked there for more than 3 decades. Previously, she worked as a music teacher who started her television job and worked as a co-host of ”God’s Musical World” on KTVI in St. Louis.
Besides the two stations, Carole also worked for WAKA-TV(CBS) in Montgomery, AL, WRIC-TV(NBC) in Richmond, VA, and WEWS-TV(ABC) in Cleveland, OH. Additionally, she has received quite some awards e.g, Honors from the Mascoutah High School Hall of Fame, the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.’s ”Women on the Move” award, and the Milwaukee Area Girl Scouts’ Leadership Award among others.
Furthermore, Meekins is also a member of A-lego and serves on the Walker’s Point Advisory Committee, a Milwaukee-based social assistance group.
